As the month of October came to a close and November coming in a few days, the third General Assembly was planned to have a halloween theme.

The idea was the hit TV series, Scream Queens, in developing the materials for the event. Rather than creating a scary halloween vibe, the materials has a more childish look to match the styling of the previous general assemblies.
